How do I place an order?

You can place an order in three easy ways:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders! We offer complimentary standard shipping to all U.S. addresses.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days after order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Total delivery time includes processing time plus transit time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • A direct link to track your package

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team.thebooknook@gmail.com with your order number and details. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier, and additional fees may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Books must be in original condition, unopened, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

How do I return an item?

  3. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order online or contact us for assistance.

Can I return a book I've already read?

No, we cannot accept returns on books that show signs of reading, wear, highlighting, or damage. Books must be unopened and in resalable condition.

Can I request books by a specific author or genre?
